70 per
cent of sub-Saharan Africans live on less than $1 per
day. In many of these countries, unemployment can
reach up to - guess what - 70 per cent. It's no secret
the most effective mechanism to fight poverty is job
creation, so ICAfrica provides capable entrepreneurs
the tools necessary to develop their ideas and grow
their own economies.
In the same token, we are encouraging well established
firms and entrepreneurs from the developed nations
like Canada, to create profitable job-yielding
businesses in Africa. We encourage governments of rich
nations to support their entrepreneurs willing
to invest in Africa.
