ICAfrica gathers information from the users of the Site in a variety of different ways, including, but not limited to:

2) Submitting an e-mail
3) Through domain registries
4) Via telephone and/or fax correspondence
5) Online donations

GATHERING AND SHARING INFORMATION
ICAfrica and its domain host monitors traffic patterns on the Site for aggregate use to analyze trends and administer improvements to the overall layout and design. Where appropriate, we may provide third parties with information necessary to study and/or reflect upon these trends. The supplied statistics include no personally identifying information, unless compulsory for related purchases or donations. Additionally, ICAfrica reserves the right to use the acquired data in its in regular marketing ventures. We may however provide personally identifying information as required by law or legal procedures to protect and defend the rights and safety of our Site, its owner, administrators, and users.

SECURITY
ICAfrica employs strict measures to maintain collected information in a safe and secure environment. Upon accessing the Site, we record the Internet Protocol (IP) address to monitor potentially harmful traffic. At no time do we make an attempt to link these addresses with the identity of the user, unless an attempt has been made to comprise the security of the Site or our electronic infrastructure. In limited circumstances, these addresses may be turned over to authorities in the case of criminal investigation.

LINKS TO EXTERNAL OR CO-BRANDED SITES
The Site may contain links to external internet websites as well as co-branded sites, which may be operated by an external party. Their policy statements, which you will be subject to upon accessing the aforementioned links, may differ from that of www.icafrica.com. ICAfrica, its owners, administrators and employees, possess no responsibility related to the privacy statements of external and/or co-branded websites.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
In no event shall ICAfrica be held liable for special, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or finances, without regard to the form of any action, including, but not limited to, contract, negligence, or other tortuous actions arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the contents of this Site, even if ICAfrica or an authorized representative thereof has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

COOKIES
"Cookies" are routinely used by most, if not all, E-commerce merchants, including ICAfrica. A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive via their web browser program containing infromation about the user, which enables us to track and personalize the Site to enhance your experience. ICAfrica may request information from the users of the Site via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and the users of the Site have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

ICAfrica may occasionally distribute announcements and updates to the users of the Site, which contain important information about the Site and service offerings which we believe to be of value to our customers and users.
